It is carefully processed and skilfully blended into a rich, smooth, aromatic leaf, known in the industry as "cut rag". The "cut rag" blended leaf is then ready to be made into cigarettes. Khayal's tobacco blend has been formulated by professional experts, especially for the Middle Eastern market.

Cigarette Manufacturing

The manufacturing phase is the final stage in which key components such as processed cut-rag leaf tobacco, filters, high quality cigarette paper and packaging materials are assembled to bring to life the Khayal products.
